For dinner, Bill and I ate our leftovers from last night with a side of our fresh string beans from the produce stand today.. I had the leftovers (and from the pic it still looks like a huge portion) which was tilapia with spinach… The spinach was prety plain, so I added some pepper to it so it still tasted fresh but had a bit of spice to it
By the way, I got a tiny piece of tilapia mixed in with the spinach – that is what the white blob is! We added some dijon mustard/honey to our string beans which was different, but not impressed
However I do want to try that combo on chicken, I think it would be pretty good! I also had a cup of chinese tea to give me a little bit of a boost (although I think the caffeine may be tiny in this tea)…

Now I am about to go get dressed in green and head out to the Irish bar for the night with Bill and my friends ~ it should be a fun night! I volunteered to drive so there will be no green-beer drinking for me
See you all tomorrow for breakfast!
