Well, the “apple/almond” combo didn’t necessarily work… I’ve decided that I just don’t think I have have fruit as a “snack”… weird I know… I am fine when I eat fruit with a meal, but when I eat it plain or even with some almonds (I had 8), I was still hungry within an hour… Granted, the almonds helped to hold me over longer than just eating a plain apple, but still… weird, huh? The only exception to the rule is peanut butter haha…
Anyway, I got home and had dinner with my parents… I had a pork chop (ate about half of this), baked beans, string beans (lots of beans!), and a chopped sweet potato w/ a baked apple thrown in tho the mix (my mom’s original creation)… It was really good (i love sweet potatoes & i love baked beans)…

I was going to go to the gym but I realized I had a lot of school work and stuff to catch up on, plus I have been battling this cold/sinus thing on top of the headache that is still lingering from yesterday… so i just did some abs & pushups at home and called it a night… While doing homework, I decided to dive into my dark chocolate stash in the freezer and had two “squares” (more like rectanges!) of dark chocolate ~ perfect way to end the night!
