I woke up this morning knowing that the first thing I needed to do was get coffee if I wanted to be productive today… So I made a DD run and got a medium coffee w/ skim milk & no sugar… it hit the spot… I also made some trail mix nuts (w/ pepitas, cashews, regular raisins, and california raisins)… I topped it with a drizzle of maple syrup for a little sweetness… It came out really dry looking so I added some milk to it, hence the creamier consistency… Now Bill and I are off to church and then I have a pretty busy day ahead of me… luckily, I have no real plans, but I have a lot of schoolwork that I want to catch up on… Hopefully I’ll be as productive as I need to be
I’m also planning on doing a workout tape or going for a walk (even though we’ve returned to the 50 degree weather!)… we’ll see!
Anyone have any fun plans for this lovely Sunday?

I put everything in my oats, maybe if you tried adding fruit, yogurt, nuts in, you’d like it

I love Dunkin Donuts…unfortunately, its harder to find them out here. When I lived back East there was one on every corner (like starbucks is here).

I wish I could do oat meal. I have tried so hard…and unless its over processed and full of sugar..I just can’t do it! haha. So I stick with protein shakes. Have a great sunday
