Good Morning! Happy Earth Day & Happy PA Primary Day... lots going on today both in the world and personally with me… I have a busy day of work, school work, and voting… plus I want to try to fit in a workout at some point! It will be tricky, but I’m hoping I’ll be more productive than yesterday 
Anyone have any special/interesting plans for Earth Day? I can’t wait to hear about them! I heard Whole Foods is giving away 1000 reusable bags AND is doing trade-ins for batteries & light bulbs ~ how awesome!
I started out with a delicious kaleidoscope of a breakfast… I think the only thing I was missing was peanut butter… I had 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup pumpkin, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp flax, cinnamon, 2 tsp sliced almonds, and 1 tsp of chocolate chips… it was literally heaven on earth… let’s hope this fuels me well through my busy morning!

Oh man. If I started putting chocolate in my oatmeal it would end up being a large bowl of melted chocolate with a few visible chunks of oatmeal.
I definitely thought earth day was on sunday. I guess thats’s just when they were celebrating it at the zoo… Now I just get to celebrate it again! I’m a sucker for any type of holiday…

I love your description of your oatmeal as a “kaleidoscope of a breakfast” – very clever!! And totally appropriate, since it definitely DOES look like a kaleidoscope of a breakfast ;0) I’m sure it WILL fuel you throughout your busy morning!
