I apologize for the super late post! It was a crazier (busy) day than expected, plus I got to the gym later than normal and still had to do laundry & pack for Cooperstown!
Anyway, this will be a short & sweet post…
My dinner (since we got home late – had to pick up a car from the shop!) was a pb&j sandwich with kashi and cottage cheese… I was going to make something more dinner-like, but for some reason I really wanted pb&j, probably since I haven’t had it in a few days!
After dinner, I headed to the gym for 30 minutes of cardio (15 mins elliptical + 15 mins treadmill) and 20 minutes of upper body weights + abs… It was a good tough workout! I felt pumped & energetic when I got home, so I had all these ambitious goals of packing & stuff… After an hour of doing laundry & packing up, the tiredness has hit me… I didn’t really feel like packing anymore but unfortunately I still have to! Oh well… to keep me going, I decided to have another mini meal… 1/8 cup bulgur w/ chocolate chips, yogurt raisins, nuts, and a drizzle of maple syrup… It didn’t really help w/ keeping me awake, if anything, my belly is full and I’m ready for bed
Do you all dread packing as much as me?
