Oh boy… today was a long day, so I apologize for the grumpiness that has been in my last couple of posts!!! I promise I will cheer up, but adjusting into a new position is tiring and quite an adjustment! Today I didn’t get to eat lunch until 2pm and at that point I was famished & miserable…I think I will need to start depending on bars as snacks at this job, simply because I don’t have the time to crack open a yogurt & fruit, etc… The other option is that I need to start eating more substantial breakfasts, but being that I eat at 5:45am, no matter how much I eat, I think I’d definitely be hungry way before lunchtime anyway!
I ate the Chocolate PB bar featured in my above post at around 4:30 and it sure cheered me up… It tasted JUST like a peanut butter cup, SOOOOOOO.GOOD… Definitely my favorite out of the three varieties so far, each flavor I try seems to top the others, although I’m definitely a chocolate+pb gal, so I’m sure that’s why! The bar held me over really well, given that it’s 250 calories, I had hoped that it would…
I was planning on stopping at the craft store after work to pick up some wedding items but I was too tired, so I guess I’ll put it off until Friday… Since I got home around 7:30, so I wanted something light but filling… I decided on a bowl of Kashi Go Lean with Almond Breeze, flax, and a sliced-up banana… I apologize for the super-duper-boring dinner, but I had no motivation to cook, microwave, or even think of a creative meal…
No workout today
but I did do a lot of walking around at work, so that’s an unexpected but good benefit… I’ll just make sure that I make up for it at the gym on Thurs/Fri/Sat… I’m happy to say that now I’m off to bed to COLLAPSE, yes @ 8pm!

Lindz, so sorry about your day! First of all, walking around constantly at work IS exercise. The fittest people are ACTIVE, be it at the gym or at work. Next, that sounds horrible not being able to eat until 2pm. Getting that hungry is a completely miserable feeling and can affect your entire day. I hope that bars will help you out!
