After completing all of my errands and running around like a nut, I finally settled in to enjoy lunch around 12:45… At this point, I was starving, because although yummy, the banana + pb combo seemed to make me hungrier (but I’ll attribute it to the bar I had this morning)!
As a result, I decided to have a big lunch with lots of sides to satisfy my growing appetite! I made up a “vegan” Veggie Burger by microwaving it first, then popping it in the toaster so it would get “crispy”… I topped it with a jamaican jerk sauce and nestled it into a toasted ww english muffin…
I also had some sliced cucumbers and hummus…
And then for dessert, I had some plain yogurt, cinnamon and strawberries to satisfy my sweet tooth!
Now I’m off to go attack some wedding projects, but shhhhhhh they are a secret b/c they are part of my bridesmaid’s gifts 
What are you all up to for the steamy, hot weekend that is ahead of us? My highlights are my 2nd dress fitting on Saturday (can’t wait) and going to the beach for the day on Sunday…

glidingcalm ~ hehe, no i didn’t get a new camera… i think my pictures are better when i take them when i actually eat my food, i have to take most of my pictures in the darK (i pack my lunch at night) or early am when i eat breakfast, so it kind of messes with the picture quality!

I hope you have a great weekend! My parents are visiting this weekend. Today we did a lot of walking, went to the pool, and then my mom took one of my classes at the gym! Tomorrow our plans is much the same
