Nice Change

Ahhh my lunch was so good today :)   I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite of my uneaten dinner from last night… it was such a treat to have such a yummy packed lunch, since it was a nice change from my normal PB&J, etc…

I did the you-pick-two at Panera Bread and had the strawberry poppyseed salad:

I also ordered the turkey chickpea chilli, which, in my opinion, is a close runner-up to the black bean soup!

This lunch filled me up and held me over well, but mid afternoon, I decided to munch on some of these nuts… they are so addicting so I poured out 24 and put the jar away and out of sight :)

After I was done work, I ran to the produce store and grocery store and got some essentials (including strawberries, peaches, and blueberries!)… and then I headed home… I was originally planning on going to the gym, but then I decided to go for a nice walk outside instead… my walk turned into a run for about 20 minutes and then I walked for another 30 minutes… it turned out to be a better workout than I had originally anticipated :)   I think I might squeeze in 3 sets of 10 pushups too…

Bill is away at the mountains for the weekend for his “paintballing” bachelor party, which my dad and brother will be joining him on, so I have a ton of fun wedding activities planned for my mom and I!  Tonight we’re going to tackle the “bubbles” by putting labels and ribbon on them :D

Now I’m off to shower while my mom cooks up dinner for us… I’ll be back later tonight!

Hurray for Panera! I’ve never tried the turkey chickpea chili but it sounds good. I’m glad you liked it!
