Breakfast Cookie!

I decided to try out the breakfast cookie that Fitnessista has been enjoying lately because it just looked too yummy not to try it!

Although I don’t think mine looks nearly as pretty as hers, it was REALLY yummy… My combination included:

  • 1/3 cup of oats (integrated w/ cinnamon)
  • 1 heaping tbsp of Crazy Richard’s Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 scoop of GNC Chocolate Whey Isolate
  • 1/3 cup of blueberries
  • 1 tsp ground flax (mixed in)
  • splash of milk

Halfway through the yumminess, my curiousity got the best of me and i wondered what this combination would taste like if it were warm:

It was super amazing… It really reminded me of those no-bake South Beach diet recipe for peanut butter cookies ~ yes I was a victim of this diet in college and got obsessed with making those cookies!

Suprisingly, this breakfast held me over SO well… I ate this 3.5 hours ago and I’m still not hungry… Here’s what I have planned for my mid-morning snack though, a Dannon Light ‘n Fit peach yogurt with an army of Kashi mighty bites :)
