I knew I needed a snack this afternoon since dinner would be eaten at the party so I had an organic Weetabix biscuit mixed with a little non-fat vanilla yogurt and a sprinkling of blueberries… mmm this was so good!

Now it’s off to hit the store for some quick errands and then Bill and I are off to the party… My friend’s brother is in the movie production business so every summer he has a movie night outside where he projects a movie onto the side of their house… It’s a great time, so I’m really looking forward to it!

Although I had a great time away this week, It’s a great thing to be back home and have freedom to eat when and what you want!  I think I forgot what that felt like (although I experienced it in college) until this week

Oh I must add for Julz & others ~ I think I may have cured myself from my English Muffin addiction since I went so long without them… only time will tell!
