Guess what? The Nature’s Path fairy stopped by and paid me a visit with these goodies!

Of course I opened the vanilla-almond flavored flax granola and had to sample a bit – so yummy!

Dinner was a festive feast! I made quesadillas for us that were packed with cheddar cheese, peppers, onions, and chicken (mine is hiding!) on whole wheat tortillas.

I closed it shut and pressed it with our panini press pan.

All cut-up and served with salsa for dipping!

Yummy!

We also had chips - Bill and I split this bowl!

Guess what I made tonight before dinner? Angela’s Dougnuts! Oh Angela ~ you are a genius girl, these are just too good! Good thing I’m packing them up to give to my brother tomorrow! I topped ours with homemade cream cheese icing (confectioners sugar, whipped cream cheese, and a little bit of Promise Light).

Ok now it’s time to relax and enjoy a condensed version of the Biggest Loser with my hubby. Our 6 month anniversary is coming up in a bit… What day were we married?
