• 1.5 scoops of chocolate whey powder
• 3.5 oz chobani honeynana
• 1 c 1% milk
• .5 c water
• 1 t chunky pb
• 7 ice cubes
• 2 t flaxseed
Blend and enjoy for bfast or a mini meal

I love this combo bc it tastes like a treat but it packs in protein, veggies, and fruit… I’ve been drinking it every am after my workouts!
