Week 6 Plan

Hi All – I have been having major computer issues the last few weeks and had to rebuild my computer from scratch, but now that I have everything back up and running, things should be a bit more regular around here yet again!

I can’t believe I’m already half way through week 6…time is flying and I think this is the longest stretch of time, in my life, that I’ve actually committed to a workout plan… Again, I know I say it all the time, but I’m loving the accountability that this plan gives me and the flexibility that I have with altering it to my schedule… I’m learning that the reason I’ve stayed committed thus far is because I’m not trying to hold true to any crazy, unrealistic schedule for once in my life and doing what works for me!  I’m down 6 pounds from where I started and feeling stronger than ever…
