Week of 9 June Workout Plan

Hi Everyone :)   I just returned back from a long weekend in Baltimore so wanted to post this week’s workout plans before the week gets away from me!  I took a three day hiatus (Fri – Sun) from the hybrid plan, but did get in around 8 miles of walking each day (according to my FitBit).  Today I’m getting back in the groove with a HIIT workout, which I think is the perfect way to jumpstart my workout plan & week.  Have a great week ~ happy Monday!
