Workout Plan Week of 16 June

I tweaked this week’s workout plan a bit since I knew that Sunday would not allow for a set workout… Instead, I added in a family walk which was much more do-able since it was Father’s Day!  The rest of the week is pretty much in line with the hybrid workout except for my addition of walks on Monday & Thursday… I’m working a different schedule this week with two half days on Thurs + Fri so I know I should be able to squeeze in a bit more activity on Thursday and a little less on Friday than I am used to.

On the goals-front, I am still progressing… I’m at a point now where I don’t want to focus on weight loss, but instead, I want to focus on making sure I’m fueling my body and pushing myself physically to my limits… I noticed a trend over the last few weeks of keeping a food diary in that I’ve been eating less in the morning and way more in the evenings… After dinner / prime time is my weakness so I’m going to make every conscious effort this week to try to eat more in the morning, less in the evenings, and put an end to mindless snacking :)
