I wanted to use Friday as a way for you to feel fabulous about yourself. Now, I know most of us associate a great, hard, sweaty workout with feeling fabulous, but there are other things that make me feel great… Hope you agree!

- Sign up for a charity walk, run, bike ride! Use active.com to find an event in your area
GIVE:
- DONATE! St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital ~ it’s such a worthwhile and touching cause. However, if money is tight, you don’t have to donate $, you can donate unused clothing or how about your TIME?
