Enjoy Yourself

I wanted to use Friday as a way for you to feel fabulous about yourself.  Now, I know most of us associate a great, hard, sweaty workout with feeling fabulous, but there are other things that make me feel great… Hope you agree!

DO:

  • Sign up for a charity walk, run, bike ride!  Use active.com to find an event in your area :)

GIVE:

  • DONATE!  St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital ~ it’s such a worthwhile and touching cause.  However, if money is tight, you don’t have to donate $, you can donate unused clothing or how about your TIME?

READ:

THINK:

  • Stop Rushing - this really hit home for me.  Kind of goes along the lines of “breathing”.

LISTEN:

  • As you might know, I love country music and Brad Paisley is one of my favorite artists.  I am loving his new single and wanted to share it with you.

ENJOY:

  • Take a break and go out for a quick walk – enjoy yourself AND the spring season!
