Did you ever just wake up craving a simple breakfast? Well, today I did, so satisfied that craving with two slices of Vermont’s whole wheat bread toasted very well and topped with Promise Light. On the side I had a really juicy orange!

Mid-morning to satisfy my need for oats, I had a serving of oatbran & a kiwi, skin and all, just the way I like it

For lunch, I tried a new creation
I mixed one packet of a Starkist Salmon Creations, mango chipotle flavor, with grated carrots, almonds, walnuts, black pepper, cumin, and garlic.

The bowl was REALLY good! At first I was not sure how I’d like the mango flavor but as I took each bite, I loved it more and more! I definitely want to pick these pouches up again and experiment with them in recipes!
On the side I had some wasa crackers and yet again another orange. I have become obsessed with oranges lately (and I’m trying to eat them before they turn bad), maybe I have a Vitamin C deficiency that is causing me to crave them? Will I turn orange if I eat too many hehe

Mid-afternoon I have a snack planned but forgot to take a picture of it, so I’ll post it tonight along with my Quaker Oats giveaway winner AND a blog announcement :)
